RubyFood’s Project Management Module is a powerful and efficient tool for the management and tracking of customer briefs. The secure, web-based system enables sales people to immediately enter customer briefs from anywhere in the world, putting the project on the fast track to the technical team for sample selection or R&D work. The Project Management Module enables sales and management to track the progress of briefs from technical (R&D) through to sample submissions, customer feedback, resubmissions (if required) and approval.
Using the module, the technical team can manage and track their tasks and submissions, collaborate with team members involved in any given project, track product properties and record results from internal tests. The Project Management Module also facilitates the generation of required documentation (shipping documents, SDS, product specifications etc.).
The module is role orientated so that each person can only access what project and tasks that he/she is authorised to view or edit. Each technical team member’s view is personalised which aids with efficiency whilst maintaining appropriate levels of security.
The software is designed to handle projects across multiple company sites/offices and is a highly efficient management and collaboration tool designed to service the unique requirements of the flavour, fragrance and food industries.
